How to reach us
The only way to contact us is by email: contact@crypto-israel.com. This is a static website with no form, no sign-up and no chat, so every message goes straight to the editorial inbox. You can write in Hebrew or English.
To help us deal with it quickly, include the page address, the sentence or figure you are referring to and, if you have one, a link to the source. Please do not send us ID numbers, document scans, passwords, private keys or wallet recovery phrases. We will never ask for them, and anyone asking for them in our name is an impostor.
What we can help with, and what we can’t
Happy to hear about
- A correction to a figure, fee, address or opening hours
- A question about something in one of our guides
- A suggestion for a topic we are missing
- An official update from a platform or public body
Outside our scope
- Personal investment advice: which coin, when, how much
- Support with an exchange, wallet or card account
- Recovering funds or handling a scam
- Legal advice or a tax opinion on your own case
We are not an exchange or a broker and we have no access to any account. Problems with a deposit, a withdrawal or an identity check go to the platform’s own customer support. If you have been scammed, do not wait for us: go to the police and your bank. What to do if you have been scammed.
Corrections policy
Every reported error is checked against the primary source. If a figure is wrong or out of date, we fix the page and update the date shown at the top. If a figure cannot be verified, we flag it as such or remove it. We do not change rankings or scores because a platform asks us to; they move only according to the criteria described on our About page.
Response time
We try to reply to every message within a few working days. Simple corrections usually go in faster, while anything that needs checking with an outside body can take longer. Not every message will get a detailed reply, but every error report is read and checked.
Frequently asked questions
Can you give me a personal recommendation on which coin to buy?
No. We are not investment advisers and hold no Israel Securities Authority licence, so we will not recommend a coin, an amount or a time to buy. We are happy to explain how a payment method works, what a platform’s terms say, or where to find official information.
I have a problem with my exchange account. Can you help?
We are not a platform and hold no accounts or funds for anyone, so we have no access to your account. Contact the platform’s customer support through its official website. If you think you are dealing with a scam, contact the police and your bank as soon as possible.
Ready for your first coin?
Sign-up and the ID check take a few minutes. Then you can buy Bitcoin, Ether or USDT with a Visa or Mastercard, or with Apple Pay.
It holds no Israeli CMISA licence, and neither does any other international exchange in this guide.
